Each yoga session offers the opportunity to slow down: stretch, strengthen and relax body and mind.
Attention is given to restoring the body from injury with expertise in back care and maintaining heathy joints.
Classes are offered in a spacious hall within a recently restored beautiful Victorian Building.
Mats and props are available for each student's use. Simply come in comfortable clothes.
